Factory Tour at NEUMO

The preparatory classes of Dr.-Johannes-Fust school has been visiting NEUMO in Knittlingen where stainless steel products for Food- and Pharmaceutical industries are produced. The referee and deputy managing director, Mr. Jost, has givven an overview about NEUMO's global production plants and sales network. The variation of stainless steel production has been presented by practicable samples to touch. Mr. Jost was highlighting the production accuracy to the 12 to 16 year old pupils during his presentation. In addition he was explaining the high importance of a qualified apprenticeship as a basic education.

During the factory tour through the halls with most modern machinery, polishing department and tube warehouse, the pupils were amazed about the dimensions of the production halls and the production processes within a German company.

For sure all of the pupils have been learning something which they will be able to use in their future development and career.
